Pinnacle People sought out to build an enterprise platform to run their business. They wanted to run things more efficiently then others in their industry. Matt discusses how they did not want to piece together a variety of applications to meet this need. Instead, he wanted to create the enterprise application that would handle all their customers and their requirements.
Using Appian BPM Software, Pinnacle People put one system in place. They were able to be fast and flexible in their development of the system and even took cues from the Appian development team because of their agility.
Pinnacle People is in a new and evolving business, they demanded a solution that was flexible and not rigid.
Over the past 18 months, Pinnacle People has served over 60,000 customers and 2,000 jobs using the enterprise application. This type of large scale customer success would not have been possible with a paper based system.
