September 10, 2019

CCW Austin is rapidly approaching! Taking place September 16-19 in Austin, TX, the 20th anniversary celebration of CCW is packed with CX thought leaders and contact center practitioners, all with the same goal - improving CX. CCW (formerly known as Customer Contact Week) is a tremendous opportunity for contact center leaders to share and learn about the latest trends and topics in CX and see new and innovative solutions to help frontline agents deliver the best experiences possible.

Technology & Innovation Focus Day - Digital CX

On Monday, September 16th, Appian Contact Center Practice Lead and thought leader Todd Marthaler is hosting an interactive workshop experience that will walk through the key elements of digital customer experience. This session includes a special report brief with CCW Principal Analyst, Brian Cantor about how organizations are tackling digital CX and how serious some are (or are not) about optimizing digital experiences for their customers.

It isn't too late to sign up for the Technology & Innovation Focus Day. This event focuses on hands-on activities and practical learnings that everyone will be able to take back to their organization and change how they deliver CX.

Main Conference and Expo

Following the Tech & Innovation day, CCW is in full swing with two packed days of CX thought leaders providing valuable insights and real-world experiences that have made their brands CX standouts. And who could miss this year's celebrity headliner, Grammy award winning Michelle Williams?! From making hits with Destiny's Child to developing a successful line of home products, Michelle puts passion into everything she does. Her keynote address should be inspiring!

Appian will be on the expo hall floor with the Intelligent Contact Centerô - with both external and internal CX use cases, we'll be ready to show you how fast and easy it is to transform your contact center. We'll also be hosting Interactive Discussion Groups (IDGs) with Hospitality and Food Service company, Delaware North. These small, interactive groups put the participants in the driver's seat, where they will be able to ask questions, learn best practices, and get advice about design thinking for CX.

We can't wait to be Austin for CCW. Stop by and see us at booth 704. We'll be doing giveaways and prizes, and of course, sharing our passion for CX.
