Appian provides software, both on-premise and in the cloud, along with related training, professional and maintenance services. Appian does not physically manufacture its products in factories. The products are created within the United States, and related services are performed in the countries listed on Appian’s website. Appian’s supply chain includes subcontractors who assist it in providing the Appian related services to our customers. Appian requires all employees and subcontractors are paid a living wage and are hired in accordance with the applicable country’s labor laws. Appian also requires all its suppliers and partners comply with local law, including, but not limited to, employment laws, anti-corruption laws and any other laws that regulate how people work. Due diligence and risk assessments are performed on suppliers and partners to help ensure their compliance with related laws.
