Let's also say that you're hip to new music. Heck...even not hip per se, but you enjoy hearing and learning new stuff.
Well then, you may know...or enjoy getting to know Sia.
Sia is a singer who's been around for a long time, though much of her workis sung by other artists.
In her latest album, This is Acting, Sia sings about challenges...and about overcoming them.

I struggled on the ground
In Life Sciences, and especially in Pharma where taking new drugs to market has so many complex processes, challenges are common. Perhaps the biggest challenge? Regulatory Information Management or RIM.
But there's a scream inside that we all try to hide
We hold on so tight, we cannot deny
Eats us alive, oh it eats us alive
RIM is complex and sometimes may make you want to scream inside. Why? We're talking about what can be life and death. Not just in helping really sick people get better through new medicines, but also protecting people from unintended, adverse effects of new medications.
RIM is there to protect consumers. With research and trials and testing over the course of years, if not decades, there exists so much information, the word massive only begins to touch the surface of just how much.
And, with manual processes, home-grown solutions, and/or older applications and technologies in place to address RIM, there's constant struggle. Pressure. Stress.
Yes, there's a scream inside that we all try to hide
We hold on so tight, but I don't wanna die, no

The screaming can be muffled and eventually go away completely. How?
And I don't care if I sing off key
I find myself in my melodies
I sing for love, I sing for me
I shout it out like a bird set free
By being set free from the pain and stress of complexity.
