How Can I Make Change Less Exhausting?

Show me someone who says Change is easy, and I'll show you a liar.

Seriously.

Change is hard.

But, why? Have you ever thought about it?

    • We become tied to what we know.

    • We form biases.

    • We trust our egos.

    • We turn our actions into habit.

And when those habits result in success...or even a simple avoidance offailure...we become comfortable. We don't want anything...or anyone...to disrupt our status quo.

And, THAT is the point whenwe as people, as leaders, as technologists, as workers are at risk of becoming The Prerequisites for Digital Changestagnant; our organizations at risk of becoming irrelevant.

What happens when you add "Digital" to the equation? All that Change happens faster on a bigger stage of immediacy.

In the spirit of full disclosure, it's Friday. I'm tired. It's been a long, productive week. I've driven lots of Change myself. It can be exhausting. Knowing the things to have in place ahead of time can make it much less so.

So, here's a new eBook on the things that should be in place before you go down the path of driving digital change.Know these things to have in place right now so your Digital Change sticks into the future.

I hope you find it useful.
