Deputy CFO, HHS Program Support Center (PSC); Deputy Director, PSC Financial Management Service
Scott Brna serves as Deputy CFO of the HHS Program Support Center (PSC) and the Deputy Director of the PSC’s Financial Management Service. As Deputy CFO for a large shared service center that recovers more than $1.5 B in annual revenue, Scott oversees an acquisition office which awards approximately $2.6 B in contracts annually, a grant management office that disburses more than $550 B annually, an accounting services organization managing $75 B in budget authority, and an indirect cost negotiation team. Scott has served at HHS for more than 29 years.
Scott received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and achieved his CPA upon graduation. He received his Masters of Business Administration from Syracuse University.
Scott is the Deputy to the PSC’s Financial Management Service, whose mission is to provide high-quality financial management services at the lowest possible cost. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise that helps to strengthen HHS Program Support Center’s efforts to provide services more efficiently and effectively.
