Business Challenge

Sprint desired a way to revolutionize wireless shopping. Sprint is known for deploying innovative technologies and targeted the implementation of a solution that would preserve the highest level of customer service possible. Having a complete and real-time view in order to collaborate around all aspects of the customer experience via a case management platform was vital in their effort to rapidly deliver new applications to drive business functions.

Appian Solution

Sprint piloted their first enterprise solution on Appian’s application platform by implementing a new business model to enable customers to quickly and easily upgrade their existing mobile device in their own home. Powered by Appian, “Sprint Direct 2 You” brings the same store experience into a customer’s home or office by creating a collaborative and simple user experience between Sprint employees and customers. The solution was developed and deployed live to employee mobile devices in only three weeks, demonstrating Appian’s rapid delivery of agile business applications. Sprint will look to harness Appian for additional areas of business, including the upgrade of the in-store customer experience to enable mobile payment processing.
