Formed in 1969, the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (NRUCFC) is a privately owned, non-governmental organization that provides state-of-the-art financial products to its members. Member organizations in 49 states, the District of Columbia and two U.S. territories include 899 electric utility systems, 513 telecommunications organizations, 66 statewide and regional service organizations and 66 associates.
NRUCFC saw the need for an enterprise process platform with sophisticated document management capabilities, leveraging a Service Oriented Architecture and providing increased process visibility. NRUCFC also desired greater consolidation and automation in their credit workflow systems and compliance processes, as well as seamless electronic data exchange processes.
