Car Stereo Plus (CSP), established in 1996, is one of the largest organizations in the auto expeditor industry. CSP’s business is to install custom enhancements for its new and used auto and truck dealer customers. These services leather installations, sunroof installations, navigation, running boards, and all other forms of automotive and truck accessories.

Business Problem

A large percentage of CSP’s workforce are Sales and Installation professionals in the field.
