Appian Essentials
Learn key terminology and how to fundamentally use the Appian BPM Suite.
Appian Process Design
Design, implement and manage process Application with Appian 6 with emphasis on CoE best practices. Participants will also learn to identify areas where Appian can be leveraged for additional ROI. Hands-on exercises will give participants the opportunity to create mobile and social business process applications using real business cases, utilizing exercises as well as Appian Reference Application.
Advanced Appian Process Design
Enhance prior process design training and gain additional in-depth hands on experience building mobile and social Appian applications while focusing on best practices and utilizing advanced design concepts.
Appian Administration
Gain the skills required to administer an Appian solution. This course covers pre-installation, post-installation configuration, and various operational, maintenance & troubleshooting tasks.
Appian Developer
Customize and configure the Appian BPM Suite. This course will train developers on how to create smart nodes, custom functions, and utilization of JavaScript.
Certification
The purpose of the Appian Certification Program is to allow individuals to demonstrate they have the required skills to successfully deliver Appian applications with high quality and according to Appian best practices. Current certification tracks include:
Appian Application Designer
The Application Designer Certification demonstrates that participants have a thorough understanding process applications in the Appian environment, including designing the application, data types, process models, forms, reports and dashboards. The exam includes concepts covered in the Appian Essentials, Appian Process Design and Advanced Appian Process Design training courses. This exam is immediately available on Appian Forum.
Appian Developer
This is a three-day exam for participants to demonstrate that they have acquired the breadth and depth of skills and knowledge necessary to work on complex development tasks with the Appian BPM platform.
Prior to taking an Appian certification exam, an individual must have completed the appropriate Appian Academy training, and must have the required project experience. All requests to take a certification exam must be approved by the Appian Center of Excellence before an exam is assigned. Upon successful completion of the exam, Appian will award a PDF certificate that includes the user's name and the certification date and type.
