Personalized Healthcare with Appian
Easy, personalized service–isn’t that what most people want when it comes to their healthcare? I know I do.
Next week, I’ll be attending the Health Care Consumer Engagement Congress Event in Boston on September 29 and 30 to discuss how all companies involved in healthcare can make this happen, and how Appian can help enable that.
This event will focus on how advances in BPM technology can, and in many areas already do, enhance the member experience, and help consumers play an even bigger role in their health, lowering costs, and improving care.
Specifically, there will be discussions on:
- Retaining members through personalization, service, and digital engagement
- Improved care coordination that empowers patients
- Strategies for managing the high costs of specialty prescription medications
Of course there will be even further conversations and speakers, but these subjects are some of the highlighted topics I’m looking forward to discussing.
Since I started at Appian early this year, I’ve traveled all over the nation to show healthcare organizations how Appian’s enterprise application platform can help them accomplish their goals to become more efficient and effective. Next week’s event, right in my backyard of Boston, will be a welcome stay home on a topic I feel passionate about.
