Overview

Persistent’s Logistics Management application provides a comprehensive, data-centric application that helps Logistics Companies manage their customers, customer requests, and other operations all in one place.  The application not only simplifies and strengthens end-user communication, but also provides a strong platform for both the shipper and carrier to make smart decisions based on executed processes.

The application creates a seamless transition between the Appian platform and an external Web UI. Through data-driven processes, required details for successful deliveries are dynamically created throughout the shipment lifecycle. These details include estimating pricing, generating invoices, creating and scanning barcodes, customer requests, as well as billing and payment details.
