Appian Opens New Office in Frankfurt a. M., Germany
Reston, Va.— August 15, 2013 —Appian, the market leader in modern business process management (BPM) software, today announced the opening of its new Frankfurt, Germany regional office. Local Appian sales and services personnel will directly support Appian’s current customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and will help meet the increasing demand for Appian’s worksocial platform throughout the region.
Dirk Pohla is Managing Director of Operations for the new office. Mr. Pohla brings more than 10 years of experience in delivering high-value BPM programs. Mr. Pohla’s expertise in both on-premise and cloud solutions, combined with Appian’s unique portable cloud architecture, ensures that customers in the region will derive maximum benefit from any combination of BPM delivery models.
The Frankfurt regional office reports to Appian Europe Limited, Appian’s regional headquarters based in London. Appian Europe has experienced tremendous growth since its establishment in 2007. Expanding Appian’s direct presence in Europe allows dedicated resources to focus on supporting enterprise-wide BPM programs with current customers, while also bringing the benefits of the Appian platform to new and thriving European businesses.
