Appian Customers Share SaaS and On-Premise BPM Success Stories at Gartner Summit

Case Studies and Panel Presentations Highlight Business Value of Process Improvement

Monday, March 23 in Grande Ballroom B at 3:45pm
John Cowles, Director of Operational Efficiency at financial services firm Clayton Holdings, will present “BPM for Everyone,” outlining Clayton’s use of the Appian Anywhere SaaS BPM Suite to optimize Credit Risk Management processes. Mr. Cowles will be immediately followed by David Carpenter, Director of BPM at leading real-estate management company Archstone. He will present a case study entitled “Fulfilling the Vision of a Paperless Office,” detailing how the Appian Enterprise BPM Suite helped transform Archstone from a paper forms-driven business into a paperless one where processes and workflow are synchronized, coordinated and automated.

Appian President and CEO Matt Calkins will deliver a lunch presentation on “Beating a Recession with BPM.” With Economic conditions forcing a renewed focus on process, Mr. Calkins will discuss low-cost, high-impact BPM solutions, which increasingly come from Cloud-based deployment models.

Wednesday, March 25 in Grande Ballroom C at 12:45pm
Mr. Cowles will return to speak on the panel, “Tips from the Trenches — Getting Started Dos and Don’ts,” hosted by Gartner VP and Distinguished Analyst Bill Rosser. This panel will provide real-world advice on the right things to do and what to avoid as you get started with BPM.

Appian staff will be on hand for product demonstrations and to answer questions in Booth 2 of the Exhibit Hall.
