International BPM Leader Appoints Vikki Hailey to Lead UK Operations

In addition, Appian has appointed Vikki Hailey as Regional Vice President for the UK, Ireland & Channel Islands to lead the business and expand BPM operations in the region.
As a seasoned IT executive with nearly 25 years of industry experience – over seven years at Appian, Vikki Hailey has managed and driven successful enterprise software organizations to deliver significant process solutions and revenue growth. Prior to joining Appian, Hailey worked at major software companies, including OpenText, Captiva Software and HandySoft, where she held senior management roles and was responsible for scaling the business. Together with Appian’s growing UK team, Hailey’s leadership experience and expertise in BPM solutions will help ensure customer success in the UK and Ireland region.
Appian has customers in the UK across numerous industries, including insurance, retail, and professional services. Recent additions to Appian’s growing client base include one of the top 10 insurance companies in the world, two leading global professional services and consulting firms, and one of the UK’s largest retail stores with revenue exceeding £180 million.
